DISCOVERY IN ITALY. \
HIGHEST MINE IN EUROPE.

A deposit of iron ore discovered at T’arnhnra Pass, in the Central Appenilies', is declared to contain 08 per cent, of metal, compared with 40 per cent, in other European mines. It is hoped that the daily ontput will be 300 tons of pure metal, enabling Italy to discard imports.
