Manila market dnll hut firm. “J” grade afloat sold £4B 15s per ton., No-vember-January shipments quoted at £4B per ton. Sisal, quiet and easier. Nominal value Tanganyika and Kenya No. 1 £4l 17s. Position in New Zealand quiet, with highpoint nominally 15s per ton cheaper. Fair £36; Common £33 6s. December-February shipments afloat 10s above these figures. Stocks of New Zealand hemp in London on 30th November were 11 tons as against 98 tons at the same time last year. Tow. Market slow on the basis of £26 10s per ton for No. 2. W®ol. No change.
