ESTABLISHMENT IN ITALY.

(Received This Day, 11.48 a.m.) ROME, December 27. Signor Mussolini has approved the erection of State theatres in Rome, Milan and Turin. He plans to rotate between the three towns artists travelling at the State’s expense. Italian, other European and American productions will be presented.
