CANADIAN BY-ELECTIONS.
PRIME MINISTER RETURNED. (Per Press Association— Copyright.) OTTAWA, Feb. 15. Mr Mackenzie King, the Federal Prime Minister, who was defeated at the general elections in December, has been elected at the by-election- for the Prince Albert seat in the House of Commons over D. L. Barges, .Independene. His majority was over 6000.
