NEW GOVERNOR FOR HUPES. WU'S SUPPORTERS SELECTED.

A Hankow message reports the death of General Hsiao Yonan, concurrently military and civil Governor of the Province of Hupes, who was prominent at the time of the riots last year. General Wu Pei Fu has appointed his 'own supporters, Generals Chens;Sinmo and Tussi-Chum military and civil Governors respectively.
