ENTRY WITH FISHING FLEET. OFFICIALS HOODWINKED. (Per Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) ("Sun.") LONDON, Feg. 16. The "Daily News" Antwerp correspondent discloses that Antwerp has become the European headquarters of rum-runners, many respectable English business men being engaged in bootlegging. An impudent group bribed a negro, captain to take a i2O ton sailing vessel, carrying 70 tons of whisky, and, after waiting outside New York, innocently to join a returning fishing fleet. It berthed at the quayside, a"nd unloaded under the eyes of unsuspecting Customs officials.
