THE COUNTESS OF CATHCART. (Per Press Association —Copyright.) NEW YORK, February 11. ; The Countess of Gathcart, detained, on the Carcnania since the .vessel arrived on Tuesday, left the sliip to-day and was taken to Ellis Island to face a special Board of Enquiry. The Board ordered that she be excluded from the United States.
. The Countess of Cathcart, who has' figured in two divorce eases, was prevented from landing in America. She said her detention was due to divorced. The Countess said she was going to marry Ralph Neal, the English, playwright, next month.
