SUICIDE AT AUCKLAND.

HEAD PARTLY BLOWN OFF. (Per Press AsffoHa+wD.) AUCKLAND, Dec. 30. The ghastlv discovery of a man with his head partly blown off by a gunshot was made in the Domain this morning. The body was removed to the morgue, and later was identified as that of Robert Alexander Bovaird, aged 40, who kept a general store in the Great North Road, Morningside. Bovaird left his home at about 8 o'clock this morning. A double-barrelled gun was found alongside the body.
