SWARAJISTS TO VACATE OFFICE. TIME LIMIT FOR REPLY. (Per Press Association—Copyright.) (“Sun.”) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) DELHI, December 29. By an overwhelming majority, the Indian National Congress accepted a Swarajist resolution that if the Government, by tho end of February, does not give a satisfactoi-y reply to the demand for reforms, all Swarajist members of the 'I-fegnslatures will vacate their seats.
