Dunstan (Assistant-Minister) lias been elevated to full Cabinet rank, and MrvGledson has been appointed Assistant-Minister in the Legislative Assembly. The Opposition denounced the appointments, stating that the Bill under which they were made was framed for the purpose of finding a last political refuge for those who had outlived their usefulness.
