Joseph Ward, cashier of a bank at Benwood, West Virginia, has been arrested on a charge of stealing £60,000 from the bank. He was appointed cashier 24 years ago and in the following year, according to his confession, he commenced taking money. He continued this systematically till he fled when an investigation was commenced , a month ago.
