FATAL FALL FROM STAIRS

bank ACCOUNTANT’S DEATH. INVERCARGILL, July 26. Mr Alexander Tennant, accountant in the Bank of Australasia, ai married man with one child, was sliding down ai handrail in the Club Hotel Invercargill, on Saturday evening, when he overbalanced and fell 20 feet on to the concrete floor. The fall fractured his skull, and Mr Tennant died to-day in the Southland Hospital.
