THE WEATHER.

KEEN FROSTS. A frost of eight degrees was experienced both yesterday and this morning. The conditions are bright to-day, with a slight north-easterly breeze. The barometer has been high, and registered 30.32 inches at 9 a.m. The temperatures on Saturday ranged between 27 and 57 degrees, and yesterday between 28 and 51 degrees. The week-end was fine, with a good deal of sunshine. OFFICIAL FORECAST. Indications are for freshening rinds, northerly strong to gale. A storm appears to be approaching from the north-west. The weather conditions are threatening. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. Heavy rain is to be expected. Barometer falling.
