WHOLESALE MURDERS
CRIMES IN WARTIME. GERMAN OFFICERS SENTENCED. (Per Press Associations-Copyright.) (Received This Day, 8.55 a.m.) PARIS, May 3. The Namur War Council tried 24 German officers in connection; with the deaths, during war-time, of 900 residents. The Court passed the death sentence on 18 and sentenced seven others to imprisonment for life.
