AN IDEAL DAY. The sky has been almost free from clouds to-day, and a north-easterlv breeze is keeping the atmosphere cool and fresh. , The north-west wind yesterday became violent toward the middle of the afternoon, and a dust storm enveloped the town. There is a orospect of fair to cloudy weather. The barometer has little movement.
