ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
SEVERELY BURNED. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Alexander Jeffry, a boy employed at plumbing, was sent to the hospital with severe burns received through throwing a lighted match in a tin containing petrol. BROKEN LEGS. PAHIATUA, June 10. Leslie Sunnex, aged fourteen, was thrown from a jiony and his leg fmctured. Ho was dragged some distance. Clifford Bambry, three years of age, sustained a fracture of the thigh through a fall at Pongaroa. SUPPOSED POISONING.
TIMARU, June 10. Michael P. Angland, aged thirty-five years, married, with three children, died to-day under circumstances pointing to suicide. Deceased left a letter expressing his intention to do away with himself. Some strychnine was found in one of his pockets.
