PRODUCERS' ASSOCIATION'S REPORT. ■ (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 9. The New Zealand Producers' 00-oper-ative Marketing Association's -weekly cabled market report, dated London, June 6, is as follows: Butter —The market is firmer.. New Zealand, salted 168 s to 170 s, unsalted 180 s to 182 s; Australian, 156 s to 160 s; Argentine, 154 s to 160 s; Irish. 168 s to 170 s; Danish, 180 s to 183 s; Dutch, 170 s to 174 s per cwt. Cheese —The market is quietly steady. New Zealand, white and coloured, 86s to 87s per cwt for fresh landed goods. Released stored cheese is being offered at 80s to 84s per cwt, according to condition; Australian, 78s to 82s; Canadian, new season's, 83s to 84s per owt.

Stocks of cheese at June 2 were:— New Zealand, 133,000 crates; Canadian 4000 crates. At the same date last year the stocks -were : _-New Zealand, 42,000 crates; Canadian, 6000 crates.

CLEARING SALE AT MAYFIELD.

A clearing sale on account of Mr W. T. Elmslie, Mayfield, was conducted yesterday' by the New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association. There was a good attendance of buyers, who competed keenly for good young ewes, a line of 85 two-tooths bringing as high as 45s 3d, a price which has not been eclipsed in the county for some time. Other stock sold satisfactorily. The following prices were secured: — Sheep—Ewes: 40 f.m. at 23s Id, 53 aged 16s 9d, 101 8-tooth 31s 3d, 46 4- - tooth 42s 6d, 85 2-tooth 45s 3d, 105 s.m. 30s 3d; hoggets. 14 ni.s. at 22s 9d„ 118 ewe at 325. Cattle—Dairy cows £4 15s, £3 10s, £3. Horses—Mares: 7yrs £26, filly rising 4yrs £l4, 2yrs £l2. ■ nn Implements—4-leaf harrows £9, Giant grubber £l6 10s, drill £4, roller £lB, dray £l2, riding saddle £8 10s 3 gig £ll 10s. Sundries and furniture sold at fair current rates."
