THE ALBANIAN REVOLT
REBELS SCORE SUCCESS.
A GOVERNMENT SET UP. (Per Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, June 5. The Paris correspondent of the “Daily Express” says: Despatches from Vienna state that ;Omer Pashi Vrioni, Prime Minister of Albania, sent a deputation to the rebels to propose an armistice. Reports from Montenegro state that the rebels have cleared 'the Government forces out of the whole of Northern Albania, and have established a Revolutionary Government at Scutarij under their leader, Redueb Bey.
MARCHING ON TIRANA.
ULTIMATUM TO GOVERNMENT,
BELGRADE, June o. Civil war is spi'eading in Albania. The insurgents captured Scutari, and are marching on Tirana, the capital. . They have sent an ultimatum to tlie Government, demanding its resignation. . ' Government troops at Alessia, which is attacked, are in a critical position.
