The vans entered the docks by another routeLONDON, July .24. Most of the dockers at Tilbury have resumed twrork.

The shipowners have -refused to negotiate with fhe docker.*’ unofficial strike committee. The sirob is expected to efiect the strikers, 'who are growing impatient with thea* unofficial leaders.
