The “Daily Telegraph’s” Rome correspondent states that the Government has won the warm approval of the whole country for the sweeping retrenchment reforms in administration. Mussolini consulted Liberal leaders with a view to the reassembly of Parliament on February 6, and reached a definite understanding for Liberal and Fascisti collaboration and possibly fusion, betokening the most stable Government Italy has had for many years.
