COMBATING ANTHRAX. (Reuter). ' 'LONDON, December 13. The Advisory Committee on Anthrax adopted the report of the subcommittee recommending the exemption from compulsory disinfection of the wool and hides of animals of countries where the raw __ material caused no cases of anthrax in an importing country for five years, unless anthrax spores were bacteriologically discovered in the raw material; also of countries where there had been no endemic of anthrax among animals or which applied strict measures of stamping out the outbreak at the source.
