SOUTH AFRICA’S EQUIPMENT. (Per Press Association, Copyright.) (Received This Dav, 9.45 a.m.) CAPETOWN, Dec. 12. Mr Mclellan, Marconi engineer in charge of the construction of the South African wireless direct communication, has arrived. He states the installation will be the biggest in the world and will give a. direct service to practically every country. A start will he made , immediately the agreement is ratified by Parliament.
