(Per Press Association, Copyright-)^ LONDON, October 29. The "Morning Post" concludes a series of articles on ore-settlement of the Empire by publishing a symposium of financiers' opinions. The manager of the Australian Bank of Commerce thinks that group settlement is' most advisable, and would be .best under Government control. The Royal Bank manager agreed that re-settlement was desirable, but declined to discuss methods or governing considerations largely political.
