♦ WESTIPORT ASSOCIATION. (Per Press Association.) r GREYMOUTH, October 28. The secretary of the Westport Boxing Association has been informed, by Brian McCleary that he will contest a professional bout under the Association, which is now negotiating with Lauri Cadman, Heeney, and Whittaker, from whom, an opponent will be selected for a bout on December 26. At present McCleary scales list 101 b, and is able to make the middle-weight. Ned Strathan (Hokitika), through^ inability to secure suitable amateur opponents, proposes to enter the lists against the professionals m the near future. • ,
