ROME, October 27. Twenty-two persons were killed and 300 injured by jan explosion m a powder magazine 4n a fortress near Savona. The fortress was demolished, and the surrbilnding country. • devastated. Many buildings werfe destroyed, including a church and a town hall. The newspaper;-/. "Messagero" alleges that the explosion was due to ; a terrorist plot. V y
