Mr Fraser agreed to withdraw the ; words, but he added immediately that the statement was not a one. . Mn Wright twitted the member for Wellington Central -with hasrang, during the last election, refused to answer questions as to his loyalty. Mr Holland: Da you say he is disloyal? i' Mr Wright: I say he evaded answering questions during the election*.
