/ DELHI, June 24. The Shah opened the fourth Persian Mejliss m state. The whole diplomatic corps were present. The Shah's speech covered the whole field of f forign politics. He affirmed that Anglo-Persian relations were much improved by the abandonment of the • old agreement.
