_. . m RAMPANT IN RUSSIA. (Per Press Association, Copyright.) (Received June 23, 10.5 a.m.) HELSINGFORS, June 22. According to the report of the PanRussian Health Congress at Moscow, plague is rapidly spreading m SouthEast Russia from Persia and Siberia, and cholera is raging. There is hardly one part of Russia unaffected by malaria. The alarming conditions are due to flies and gnats carrying the disease.
