LONDON, June 21. In his speech at to-day' g sitting of the Conference, -the Hon. S. P. Siunavasi Sastrie said India had not jet acquired full Dominion status, but was planted firmly on the road thereto. -He intended submitting resolutions demanding equality of status for Indians m the Dominions subject to Lord Sinha's ' compromise at the 1918 Conference.
