REPORT OF RECENT MEETINGS.
(Received ApriL 25, 10.5 a.m.y' -TjONDON, April 24. The official report of the . Dail Ekeann's meeting m mid-April show that all the available-member* attended. The Ministers presented reports from departments, which were- discussed and adopted. Decrees were issued extending the .general boycott to English goods throughout (Ireland. The Minister, for Home Affairs was instructed to prepare plans of a. Bui for the- creation of Conciliation Boards, Another was passed providing for the payment of unemployed benefits from the Republican funds. Decrees were issued forbidding spaeches [at the forthcoming elections, except m the national language. The Republican police were ordered to carry out various anti-English measures. The report of a special committee on the increase of Ministerial salaries was adopted.
