In a bombastic address to students at a military school, he stated that next summer the Soviet would investigate the possibilities of a general offensive m the East coupled with war of revenge against Poland. He stated that the Red Army at present counts millions of trained, eager fighters and 150,000 officers. The output of munition -factories had increased 400 per cent.
