FEELING IN GERMANY.

ALLIES' TERMS DENOUNCED. (Per Press Association Copyright.) ("The Times.") : (Received February 1, 8.45 a.m.) BERLIN, January 30. The news regarding the decisions of the Paris Conference was received with outburst on the, part of the Press 'and the public. The latter pinned its hopes on Anglo-French friction, and consequently their agreement produced a dramatic shock and much disappointment. The evening papers contain a chorus of execrations. The "Tageblatt" declares that the members of the conference are the inhabitants of a lunatic asylum, aif& tauntingly advises the Allies to come and collect the booty, as Germany cannot pay. Other comments are equally bitter. The greatest public resentment is shown at the drawn-out terms for reparation. Financiers' and economists refuse to consider the Boulogne plan as even remotely possible, and are now questioning the validity of the decision, claiming that thfe German Government has not been given an opportunity to be heard regarding ; reparations as provided by Article 233. BERLIN January 30. The newspapers m their criticism on the Conference are angry and defiant. Some organs attempt to arouse suspicions by arguing that the Paris decisions will chiefly benefit British finance and trade with Germany for many years.
