AN UNKNOWN POILU.
BURIED UNDER ARC DE TRIOMPHE. (Per Press Association Copyright.) (Reuter.) . (Received January 31, 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, January 29. France's unknown soldier was buried beneath the Arc de Triomphe. It was a simple ceremony. Marshals Joffre and Foch and General Petain, Mr Lloyd George, parents of widows and orphans and disabled soldiers, were present.
