TRANSPORT OF SUPPLIES.
' (Received December 13, 10.10 a.m.) ! - LONDON, December 12. The Union railw.aymen, after consultation with Irish comrades, have convened an "all Irish" conference at Dublin-to consider the transport dislocation resulting from the dispute between the Government and the railwaymen over the carriage of munitions.
