(Per Press Association Copyright.) , (Received August 12 8.55 a.m.) SIMLA, August 11. Teheran advises that fighting has taken place between Kutchek Khan and liis late Bolshevik allies. The latter looted and largely burnt ' down the rebel stronghold at Resht, and have proclaimed a general mobilisation and are unsuccessfully trying to conscript Persians between the ages of 18 and 45. The Shah has presented General Varosselsky, the Russian in command of the Cossack division, with a dia-mond-belted sword in recognition of his military services.
