ANAMA.
Thero was a good attendance of householders on Monday for the elec-
tion of a school committee. Mr J. McIvor was voted to the chair. The treasurer presented the balance sheets of the various funds in connection with the school, which showed a credit in each case. During the year a library had been successfully started in connection with the school.* The following new committee was elected :—Messrs E. Watson. J. T. William's, J. Cripps, 0. H. Jones, and T. F. Lee. Mr E. Watson was elected chairman and Mr J. Cripps secretary for the ensuing year.
