Mosos Baritz, who was ordered to leave New Zealand under the provisions of the Undesirable -Immigrants Kestriction Act. was a passenger by. the Moeraki for Sydney last night. Another case taken under the Undesirable .'lmmigrants Exclusion Act is reported. A short time ago Mr F. Niall, secretary of the Freezing Trades .federation, inquired whether a slaughterman named Michael Blaney. now m Australia, would be permitted to come to the Dominion for the purpose of-engaging- in his occupation in JNcw Zealand, He since has been informed that, acting under legislation of last session, the Attor-ney-Genenil would withhold permission to land in New Zealand.
