WILSON'S VIEWS.

WASHINGTON, January 6
According to Polk, Under Secretary for State, when the Allies and Germany have ratified tho peace, President Wilson is ready to issue the ni\st invitation for a meeting of the League of Nations. Wilson's view is that American ratification in this connection is immaterial.
