An Esthonian communique dated January 3 "states :—"The armistice begau to-day, but ihe 'Holsheviki at noon opened lire againsithe Esthonian workers on- the Nara front, breaking the armistice." (Received January 7. 3.30 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 6. Tho Lettish-Polish- forces .launched an offensive agains-t JJol-sheviki, and captured Dvinsk, and are advancing on PskoiY.
