Road, Tinwald, with five-roomed house and stable- -thereon. The property is at present all sown in Algerian oats. The land was sold to Mi- H. Struthers at £46 an acre.
Pyne, Gould, Guinness. Ltd., offered on account of Mr W. E. Broadhurst 596 acres (freehold) and 478". acres (leasehold) at Kyle-. The property was passed, no bids being received. The New Zealand Farmers' Co-op. Association, Ltd., in conjunction with Ferriman and Co.;, offered, Mr J. W. "Nelson's' LowelinV farm, comprising 180 acres. Tlie land was .passed.
