VISCOUNT JELLICOE'S MISSION.
(Press Association.)
LPNDON, October 29. . In the House" of Commons, Commander Ken worthy asked the cost of Viscount Jeilicoo's tour, aud whether a battle-cruiser was necessary. Mr W. Long said the New Zealand's tour would cost £89,225 more than if she had remained in home waters in full commission. It was absolutely of first importance that the Government's representative, who was trying to lay the foundation of a real Imperial Navy, should make the tour in such a vessel.
