WASHINGTON, August 28. According to advices from Tokio, the Japanese Press is nearly unanimously condemning the Republican senators' attitude regarding tiie Shantung. The newspapers point out that this attitude win serve to disrupt friendly relations between Japan and tin* United States. The "Osaka. Asahi" says the shadow of the United States can often be seen behind the trouble between japan and China.
