The Food Minister is acutely concerned about prices, though he is not apprehensive regarding supplies. He suggests that a council of European Allies should replace the expiring Supreme Economic Council. Europe cannot expect America to longer control home, prices for the benefit of European consumers. Mr Roberts added that no price can be considered safe, as the prospects for 1920 are not bright.
