LONDON, July 6.
The House of Commons insisted upon having «ono ' tinder-Secretary of the Transport Ministry, instead of, two,.as the Government proposed. '• Mr Bonar Law agreed to leave the members free to vote as they desired. Many protested at the increasing number of place men in the Commons.
