TROUBLE AT FIUME.

ROME, July 7. Fighting occurred in Frame between

French and Italian troops in which ten French soldiers were killed and thirty wounded. The trouble was due to the public impression that France was the main obstacle to Italy's Fiume aspirations, A climax was quickly reached when a report gained currency, though unconfirmed, that a* 5 French soldier tore the Italian colours from a young woman's breast.
