BELA KUN'S SEVERITY.
LONDON, July 5
The Red Terror, the inevitable accompaniment of Bolshevism, has broken out in Budapest. M. Bela Kun, m a message to Vienna, states that he has ordered the revolutionary tribunals now to work with the fullest seventy. No mercy is to be shown. He states that he signed the death warrant that day for .all counter-revolutionary leaders, principally ex-officers, and intends to wipe out opposition with blood. M.. Bela Kun claims that Hungarian Sovietism is firmly established, but admits the counter movement has attained vio. \ lence.
