LONDON, July 5

The Red Terror, the inevitable accompaniment of Bolshevism, has broken out in Budapest. M. Bela Kun, m a message to Vienna, states that he has ordered the revolutionary tribunals now to work with the fullest seventy. No mercy is to be shown.
