ERZEBERGER'S APPEAL.
(Received July 10,. 11.45 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, July 6. JEerr Erzeberger, German Finance Minister, in a dexterous, speech to the National Assembly, spoke of the necessity of homogeneous taxation, to enable Germany to pay the indemnities and iShe war loans. „ He emphasised the point that Germany's parole was just and honourable, and they must work, otherwise they would be foodless. The Germans must not agitate for revenge.
