SYDNEY, July 8.

The steamer Ngakuta arrived from Greymouth after "a voyage of nearly nine days. When 300 miles off Greymonth she struck heavy weather, and hove-to for 65 hours. The cargo of timber shifted slightly. The vessel is undamaged.
