CLEARING SALE.
The National Mortgage and AgencyCo, of N. Z., Ltd., conducted a successful clearing sale at Winclunore yesterday on behalf of Mr T. Capon. The followmg were the principal sales:— - Sheep.—l2B fat lambs at '28s Id, 118 m.s. lambs at 235, 133 i-bred ewes' at 31s 6d, 201 do at 31s, 134:2 and ,4th wethers at 31s, 232 f.m. owes at' 25b 4d 92 s.m. |-bred ewes at 325, 111 f. and f. mouth J-brecl ewes at' 20s, 106 do at 16s 6d, 9 B.L. ram lambs at £3 Horses.—Bay pony at £9; filly foal at £9, yearling filly at £12 15s Implements.—Threshing plant £590, gi^s £15 and £4 10s, dog-cart £10- 10s, butcher's cart £6 ss, spring, cart £19, lorry £11. '
