SAFEGUARDING FRANCE.
NEW TRIPLE ALLIANCE
(Received. July 4, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 3. The treaty between America, France and Britain, to secure France against aggression, has been presented to the House of Commons. It does not impose any obligations on the Dominions, unless approved by their Parliaments.
